How it works

The path of a file

• You drop mp4, mov, webm, mp3, wav, or m4a. No Instagram URL field exists.
• The plate reads duration from the file in the browser.
• If the clip is longer than two minutes, Trim first two minutes keeps the first two minutes on the device.
• Get text shrinks the file to speech in the browser.
• That small file is sent to the speech model. Copy or save .txt. Then you can ask the transcript without opening ChatGPT. The file is not kept as a library.

What we automatically reduce

A large phone export is not uploaded whole. Only the shrunk speech file is sent.

Longer than two minutes: trim the first two minutes on the plate.

When not to send someone here

They only have a URL and refuse to save the file. They need a 40-minute interview. They need diarization, live dictation, or burned subtitles. They need ogg voice notes with no conversion.
